Alex Neubauer

Alex Neubauer, MBA, holds extensive experience in operations management and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Production Manager at Contract Converting LLC since March 2021, Alex oversees plant operations, safety, quality, and productivity for a team of 50 employees. Prior to this role, Alex was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Mercury Marine, where collaboration on projects led to waste reduction and enhanced process efficiency. Previous positions include supervisory and project management roles at Strathmore Artist Papers, where responsibilities included training, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives. Alex's early experience includes leadership roles in the military, underscoring a strong foundation in team dynamics and operational oversight. Alex holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Lakeland University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
