Rafael Flom

Rafael Flom is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate, workplace design, and project management. Currently serving as Director at Entorno since August 2024, Rafael has a strong background with Contract Workplaces, holding multiple director roles since February 2015, including Director Commercial and Executive Director for Paraguay and Bolivia. Previous positions include Project Manager at Ventus, Director and CEO at Wimet, and General Manager at WTC Free Zone. Rafael has also been a Board Member for Educación Responsable Uruguay and led Flom Arquitectos, a firm specializing in architecture and urban projects. With an MBA from IAE Business School and a degree in economics from Universidad de la República, Rafael combines academic excellence with a robust professional track record.
