Currently serving as an Advisor at Hird Consulting since January 2024, Viktor focuses on talent acquisition and market analysis. As the Chief of Staff and COO & Founder at Contractbook since May 2016, Viktor has been instrumental in revolutionizing document automation for businesses. Viktor also holds a position as a Board Member at Flowscape, a leading PropTech company, and is a member of Pavilion, which supports high-growth operators. Previously, Viktor mentored startups through Startup Central and held various roles in hospitality and operations, including Head Chef at Nord Gruppen Group ApS.
