James Hales

James Hales is an experienced professional in the fields of software development and customer support. Currently serving as a Frontend Developer at ContractPal since December 2023, James previously held roles such as Full-stack Developer and QA at DevPipeline from January to March 2024. Prior to that, James worked as a Construction Laborer at DL II Construction, where skills in equipment operation were developed. A significant portion of James' career was spent at ROI CX Solutions, progressing from Customer Support Representative to Customer Support Team Lead, where leadership and coaching skills were honed. James Hales holds a degree from Utah Valley University, earned from August 2016 to May 2019.
