Doug Conner

Doug Conner is an accomplished engineering consultant and specialist in electrical and software engineering, with significant experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as an Engineering Consultant in R&D at Contraline, Inc. since December 2022, Doug has assessed design and development needs in collaboration with bio-med personnel. Previously, as an Embedded Software Staff Engineer at RIVANNA MEDICAL, Doug produced critical documentation for hardware verification and validation. Doug held the position of Principal Electrical and Software Engineer at Microaire Surgical Instruments, where project management of cross-functional teams was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Engineer/Integration Lead at Parker Aerospace, with a solid foundation in analog and digital systems, and as a Hardware/Program Technical Lead at GE Aviation, overseeing project proposals and management. Doug Conner holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wright State University.
