Kai G.

Kai G. is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at Variant Investments, an alternative credit investment manager, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kai G. was involved with multiple organizations, including as an Investor at Contraline since January 2024 and as a Policy Hackers Fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation from September 2022 to November 2023. As a Co-Founder and CEO of rideBelay from December 2020 to December 2022, Kai G. pioneered the first income guarantee product in the rideshare industry while actively mentoring other founders. Additionally, Kai G. participated in the Village Global Accelerator in 2021 and was the Founding Editor of The Tulane Journal of Policy and Political Economy from April 2020 to May 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University, and study at DIS and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
