Justine Mach is a Venture Partner at Contrary, focused on investing in top talent and contributing to significant value creation in the venture capital sector. Currently an undergraduate research assistant at Columbia Climate School, Justine works on a socioeconomic disaster risk decision engine while also serving as a debate coach and program lead at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, where efforts are directed towards developing public speaking programs for Vietnamese students. As a co-founder of Outreach Debate, a non-profit initiative, Justine aims to enhance public speaking and debate accessibility for thousands of students globally.
