Steven Ogier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Principal of ContraVest since September 2000, Steven leads a vertically integrated apartment development, general contracting, and property management company, overseeing construction operations with a significant volume of over $275 million and 4,500 units completed across seven states within the past 18 months. Prior to ContraVest, Steven worked as a Financial Services Wholesaler at Principal Financial Group from 1997 to 2000, specializing in pension solutions for diverse companies. Earlier in Steven's career, a role as a Surgical Sales Representative at KLS Martin involved selling medical devices in South Florida, and service in the US Army from 1990 to 1995 included positions as an Armored Cavalry Officer. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, graduated in 1990.
