James Hanson has over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserves, serving as ET CPO SLIC 01 SSB1 ELSF until September 2005. Following military service, James transitioned to the mining and engineering industries, working as a Technical Coordinator at FMI & Phelps Dodge Mining from September 1993 to January 2009, where responsibilities included the integration of advanced technologies such as GPS, LIDAR, and collision avoidance systems in mining operations. Subsequently, James served as a Project Manager at Flanders Electric from January 2009 to January 2012, overseeing Aardvarc Drilling Systems projects. Currently, James is the Locomotive Project Coordinator at Control Chief Corporation, a position held since January 2012.
