Since June 2011, Jay has served as a Technician and Graphics Specialist at Control Management Inc., focusing on troubleshooting client systems and enhancing performance through the use of Siemen’s Building Automation Systems. Previous roles include General Manager at International Security Management Group, where operational leadership was provided to one of the largest security firms in the U.S., and positions in sales, administration, and human resources across several companies. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from Point Park University.
