Alan Tan

Alan Tan is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Control Risks since April 2021, Alan specializes in full-spectrum recruitment, process management, and employer branding. Previously, Alan held the position of Regional Account Manager at Resource Solutions, where strategic partnerships and talent acquisition alignment with business goals were key responsibilities. As the Recruitment Lead for Aurecon in the Middle East and Asia, Alan guided high-performing teams, and as Human Resources Manager at Pacnet, led HR initiatives to fill critical senior roles. Alan's career began as the Founder and Managing Consultant of an executive search firm, demonstrating expertise in executive search engagements. Alan holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of London and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Accounting from Deakin University.
