Anuj Malhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of DTS Service Management at Control Risks since March 2021, Anuj is responsible for setting the Service Management strategy and implementing best practices aligned with ITIL and industry standards. Previously, Anuj held several roles at BNP Paribas from December 2008 to June 2020, including Head of Global Functions, where skills in implementing ITIL processes and managing large teams and budgets were demonstrated. Anuj also has a background in supporting IT operations at Logica and experience in early career roles at the Financial Services Authority and HP. Anuj holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Internet Systems from Aston University.
