Cathrine Pedersen

Cathrine Pedersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Control Risks in the Norwegian Market and Nordic Region since September 2015. Cathrine has held various positions within the organization, including Bid Manager roles across EMEA and a Regional HR Advisor. Prior to joining Control Risks, Cathrine engaged in research projects with IBM Middle East and Africa and completed an internship at ABB. Cathrine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and International Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Business Administration and Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
