Christopher Muth is an experienced threat intelligence analyst currently serving as an Associate Analyst at Control Risks since September 2022. Previously, Muth worked at the American Enterprise Institute as a research assistant focusing on the Salafi-Jihadist movement, tracking conflict dynamics in Yemen and contributing to intelligence briefs. Muth's background includes research assistant roles at various institutions, including the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies and the Stanford Center for International Security and Cooperation, where detailed research on militant groups was performed. Additionally, Muth has experience in Iraqi affairs, providing analysis for the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq and producing comprehensive studies on US-Iraq relations. Muth holds a degree in International Affairs, with a focus on Middle East Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs (2018-2022).
