Danny Najarro Smith is a strategic operations leader with over 8 years of experience in scaling complex technical operations. Currently serving as a Strategic Initiatives Consultant at Control Risks within Meta, Danny leads security programs that evaluate regulatory compliance and risk management in AI infrastructure. Previously, Danny worked at Dataminr, where they advanced through various roles from Analyst to Associate Director of Operations, contributing to real-time research programs for risk detection and scaling team capabilities. Danny also held internships with the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Supreme Court, showcasing a strong foundation in international politics and security.
