Prior to this role, Hugo held significant positions including Vice President Commercial at ethiXbase, where the focus was on compliance management and due diligence for major organizations, and Principal/Managing Director at Charles River Associates, specializing in risk and investigations. Hugo has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded the Risk Resolution Group, which received multiple industry accolades under leadership. With comprehensive experience across various prestigious firms, Hugo holds an MBA from Esade and a BSc from the University of Leeds.
