Jean Devlin

Jean Devlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and consulting, currently serving as Partner for Markets & Partnerships and Partner for Global Risk Analysis at Control Risks since August 2011. Previous roles include Consulting Director and Associate Director for Africa at the same organization, as well as Assistant Industrial Development Officer at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Jean's career also includes a stint in UN Advocacy with the International Crisis Group and as FIG Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Academically, Jean holds an M.Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics & Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, and a Diplôme from the Programme International at Sciences Po.
