Jo Ann Ugolini

Jo Ann Ugolini, CPP, PSP, CFE, currently serves as an Advisor/Director in Crisis and Security Consulting at Control Risks, where responsibilities include developing and enhancing internal security, threat assessment, and crisis response programs for corporate clients. Previously, Jo Ann was the Safe Workplace Lead embedded at Meta, managing a global workplace threat and violence prevention program for 90,000 employees across 120 countries. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Threat Violence and Risk Management at Hillard Heintze, Manager of Business Risk Intelligence at Abbott, and Security Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Jo Ann also served as Director of Training & Mosaic Development at Gavin de Becker & Associates. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
