John Bray

John Bray has over three decades of experience in political risk analysis, focusing on anti-corruption frameworks, business and human rights, and a longstanding interest in Myanmar. Currently serving as Director at Control Risks since 1996, John has led numerous projects for both private and public sectors, including the development of human rights and business integrity policies, risk assessments, and guidelines for international organizations. John previously held positions as Head of Research and Senior Research Analyst at Control Risks, managing teams and producing critical analyses on security risks in South and Southeast Asia. John's early career included teaching roles in various educational institutions, and John continues to engage with academic pursuits as a PhD candidate in History at the University of Cambridge.
