Laura Everett

Laura Everett has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Partner Reward Director at Control Risks since May 2012, having progressed through various roles including Global Senior Reward Manager and Global Reward Manager. Prior to joining Control Risks, Laura worked at Xerox in HR-related positions, including HR Service Delivery Representative and Placement Student. Laura holds a CIPD Advanced Level Diploma in Human Resource Management from Busec, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from Aston University. Academic achievements include A Levels in Business Studies, Psychology, and History from Alcester Grammar School, along with 11 GCSEs graded A* to B from Alcester High School.
