Mark Crosby

Mark Crosby is an experienced security and operations professional with a strong background in risk management. As the Regional Security Operations Manager at Control Risks since January 2018, Mark oversees senior management personnel selection and handles disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies. Concurrently, as the Southern Iraq Operations Manager since January 2016, Mark is responsible for operational delivery across multiple sites in Iraq, emphasizing risk analysis and journey management. Previously, Mark served as Training Manager at Control Risks from 2011 to 2016, where responsibilities included organizing and overseeing extensive training programs for operators. Mark's earlier experience includes military training and advisory roles with the British Army, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of armed forces in various regions, along with instructing at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
