Matthew Maynard

Matthew Maynard possesses extensive experience in security, risk management, and resilience, notably serving as the Director of High Risk Managed Services at Control Risks since April 2017. In this role, Matthew oversees security and operations within high-risk environments globally, including Iraq. Prior to this, Matthew was a Senior Consultant in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, focusing on enterprise risk management and crisis management. Previous positions include Business Resilience Programme Manager at Taweelah Power and Water Generation Complex, Global Programme Manager at Petrofac Training Services, and Project Manager at ALTOR Risk Group. Matthew also held a strategic role at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Strategic Resilience Programme Manager, coordinating government resilience planning, and served in various leadership positions in the British Army. Education includes attendance at Cranfield University and the Chartered Management Institute.
