Nubia Vargas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Strategic Management. With over 26 years of experience, they have demonstrated expertise in productivity and performance management, project planning, and report generation. Nubia served as the Director of Property Management at Special Assets Company, where they managed the administration of over 20,000 properties and developed enterprise-level policies. They also directed a team at the Department of Land Restitution to restore the rights of violence victims and have worked in various leadership roles across different organizations, including Covinoc S.A. and MAPFRE. Currently, Nubia works as a Senior Open Source Intelligence Analyst.
