Patrick Quinn

Patrick Quinn is a seasoned professional in the field of intelligence and international relations, currently serving as Regional Intelligence Manager and Senior Analyst at Control Risks since January 2022. With previous roles including Threat Intelligence Manager and Analyst, and experience as a Pacific Fellow at Young Australians in International Affairs, Patrick has a strong background in maritime security as evidenced by an Intelligence Analyst position at Dryad Global. Educationally, Patrick holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne and a double degree in International Relations and Arts from the University of Adelaide, complemented by studies at North Carolina State University. Experience also includes contributions to policy development in security and peacebuilding at the University of Melbourne and analysis on geopolitical competition in aerospace through work at the Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre.
