Sandra Molinari

Sandra Molinari is a Workplace Violence Prevention Program Lead at Meta, where they focus on cultivating a safe workplace culture through education and empowerment. With over two decades of experience in violence prevention, Sandra previously served as the Community Education Director at SAFE, where they led outreach initiatives and fostered collaborations to address interpersonal violence. Their experience also includes roles as a Gender-based Violence Consultant for Pro Mujer and Life Skills Coordinator at SafePlace, where they developed programs for survivors of domestic violence. Additionally, Sandra has engaged in community service as a Commissioner for the City of Austin Commission on Immigrant Affairs and has contributed to various educational initiatives in financial literacy and gender-based violence awareness. Currently, they are pursuing further education at the Geneva Graduate Institute.
