Serag Yousef

Serag Yousef serves as the Program Management Director for Control Risks in Saudi Arabia since July 2024. Previously, Serag held the position of PMO Director at a Confidential Government from June 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included establishing the PMO and managing ongoing programs and projects. Prior to that, Serag worked as a Project Manager at WSP in the Middle East from June 2018 to June 2021, focusing on developing the Engineering Division and acting as the primary contact for the Riyadh Airports Company. Serag's career also includes experience as a Project Controls Manager at Hill International, Inc. from June 2015 to June 2018 and as a Senior Project Controls Engineer at Saudi Binladin Group from September 2010 to June 2015, overseeing project control teams and managing construction-related coordination.
