Sugandha Naik is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and operations. Sugandha's career commenced at Kohler Co. as an HR Business Partner, with earlier experience as an HR Assistant at Nokia Siemens Networks and a Summer Trainee in HR at Bharti Airtel Ltd.
