Tereza Kramlova

Tereza Kramlova specializes in business and human rights, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Control Risks, where they lead projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Over the past decade, Tereza has accumulated 8+ years of experience working globally to align organizations with international standards such as the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines. Tereza's career includes roles in various impactful positions, including Senior Consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting and Sustainability and Human Rights Officer at Nordic Sugar. Educationally, Tereza is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and has also attended the University of Zurich for a summer program focused on Business and Human Rights. Originally from Prague, Tereza now lives in Dubai, aiming to enhance their professional network in the region.
