Timothy Cox

Timothy Cox is a Partner at Control Risks, where Timothy has been since 2010, managing the West Africa business with a focus on crisis management and incident response across ten countries. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Timothy has held multiple leadership positions within Control Risks, including Director and Associate Director, where responsibilities included strategic development, client engagement, and operations management. Prior to joining Control Risks, Timothy served as a Research Fellow with the International Policy Network. Timothy holds an MSc in African Politics from SOAS University of London and a BA in European Politics from the University of Nottingham.
