Tra Hoang

Tra Hoang is a seasoned consultant at Control Risks, having progressed from roles as an associate consultant and researcher since April 2022. Prior experience includes work at The Asia Group as an associate and analyst from September 2019 to March 2022, and a summer analyst position at Access Partnership. Tra’s background also features a policy fellowship at the Information Technology Industry Council and a policy and research internship at the US-ASEAN Business Council. Tra's experience extends to roles at The Wilson Center, Loose Cannons, Inc., Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Asian Studies with a focus on international political economy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Religion from Colgate University, complemented by ongoing studies at UCL.
