Tristan Guéret-Thompson

Tristan Guéret-Thompson is currently an Associate Director at Control Risks, specializing in terrorism and militancy in Sub-Saharan Africa. They have previously held several analytical and research positions, including an Intelligence and Security Analyst at The Risk Advisory Group and a West Africa Project Intern at the International Crisis Group. Tristan also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at King's College London, where they focused on the impact of violence exposure on economic preferences. Their extensive experience in political risk analysis is complemented by internships that provided foundational insights into security and resilience in Africa and Europe.
