Victoria Mitchell is a seasoned professional in maritime law with extensive experience in research and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Maritime at Control Risks since October 2018, Victoria has progressively advanced through various roles within the company. Prior experience includes work with The Commonwealth, contributing to ocean governance and international maritime law research, and assisting with large-scale capacity development projects at Article 25.
