Yiling C. is a seasoned consultant specializing in Southeast Asia at Control Risks since December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, where responsibilities included managing bilateral relationships with Thailand, the Philippines, and Laos, producing policy papers, and coordinating high-level diplomatic visits. Yiling also worked as a Political/Economic Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Hanoi, focusing on enhancing Singapore's ties with Vietnam and preparing policy recommendations. Earlier roles at the Ministry included Country Officer for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, and Public Affairs Officer, contributing to the development of media relations and public diplomacy initiatives.
