Rob Shepard

Rob Shepard is an experienced professional in building automation and technical support, currently serving as a Building Automation Service Tech at Grand Valley Automation, Inc. since October 2018. Additionally, Rob has been with Control Solutions Inc. since June 2015, where the role of Support Manager is held. Prior to these positions, Rob spent 17 years as a Technical Support Manager at Technical Energy Solutions from 1998 to 2015. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Engineering from Ferris State University, obtained in 1998.
