Randy Isbell

Randy Isbell is a highly experienced software engineer and architect, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Snap One since May 2021, after initially holding the same position at SnapAV starting in August 2019. In addition, Randy has been a Software Architect at Control4 since December 2018 and previously worked as a DevOps Director at Ihiji from June 2013 to August 2019, overseeing a software engineering team in a startup environment. Randy's earlier career includes key roles such as Cloud Services Operations Manager at Cisco Systems, Technical Leader and Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, and owner of Randibus. Additional experience includes positions as Technical Lead at Separate Account Solutions, Senior Systems Analyst at Sequent, and Sr. Software Engineer at Motorola. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Texas State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
