Thomas Richards

Thomas Richards is a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing software solutions for highly reliable systems, particularly in the broadcast industry. Currently employed at Control4 since June 2014, Richards has previously contributed to Grass Valley and emWare, where notable achievements include co-authoring patent #US20100281318 for in-system programming of field programmable gate arrays and addressing hardware limitations in device identification. Richards began their career at Alarm Control Systems, Inc., focusing on embedded systems development and support for mission-critical systems. An alumnus of ITT Technical Institute, Richards holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
