Stina Lund has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stina currently works as a Customer Success Director at Controlant, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Management Consultant from May 2023 to November 2023. Stina also has experience at MuleSoft, where they served as a Customer Success Director from September 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at NNIT, including Director of New Business, Digital Transformation, and Life Science/Pharmaceuticals from January 2018 to September 2021. At NNIT, they were also the Director, Head of Organizational Change Management and a Senior Manager. Stina started their career at Carlsberg Group in 2001, where they worked as a Change & Training Manager and Project Manager. Stina also has previous experience at The Coca-Cola Company as a Sales Coordinator and Operations Coordinator.
Stina Lund earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Political Science, and Economics from Roskilde University in 1999. In 2000, they attended Copenhagen Business School and obtained an HD (O) degree in Organisation, Management, and Strategy. Stina also completed various short-term courses at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, Stanford University, and APMG International, focusing on topics such as collaboration in intelligent organizations, program execution, leading change, effective team management, and converting strategy into action. In 2017, they took part in a Nudging Master Class at Krukow.
