Jovita Mathias

Jovita Mathias currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ControlCase since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jovita worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Revolutionary Consultaria from March 2022 to September 2023 and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Jai Kisan from January 2019 to August 2021. Earlier experiences include a brief tenure in Human Resources at Infinx Services India and as a Closing Coordinator at Altisource, where interaction with US clients regarding foreclosed property transactions was key. Additionally, Jovita gained valuable customer service experience as a Customer Service Associate at Wipro in 2015. Jovita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Oriental Education Society, completed in 2019, and a degree in Banking and Finance from Oriental College of Commerce, obtained in 2014.
