ControlCom Technologies Engineering is a power-systems engineering firm specializing in the retrofit, modernization, and new installation of critical electrical infrastructure for mission-critical facilities. Headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, the company designs and implements paralleling switchgear, power distribution systems, motor control centers, and HMI/SCADA platforms for hospitals, electric utilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, telecommunications facilities, and data centers.

The company was founded by veteran power-systems engineers in response to two converging problems: aging infrastructure approaching end-of-life across critical facilities nationwide, and equipment lead times that now routinely exceed twelve months for new switchgear. ControlCom's zero-downtime retrofit methodology allows operators to modernize existing systems without taking facilities offline — addressing the operational reality that mission-critical sites cannot accommodate extended shutdowns.

ControlCom's engineering approach is built on three principles: redundant controls, reliability by design, and scalable systems. All products and retrofits are vendor-neutral, allowing customers to service their equipment with any qualified vendor rather than being locked into proprietary OEM service contracts.

The company's product portfolio includes low-voltage paralleling switchgear, smart distribution boards, and motor control centers — each integrated with ControlCom Connect, the company's remote monitoring and management platform that provides facility operators with real-time visibility into power-system health, predictive maintenance alerts, and historical performance analytics.

Customer industries include healthcare (Joint Commission, NFPA 110), electric utilities (distribution, base load, distributed generation), water and wastewater treatment, pump stations, and telecommunications and data-center infrastructure.
