For over 30 years, Controline have been designing and manufacturing electrical control panels for a wide range of industries such as Food & Beverage, Waste Recycling, Pharmaceutical and Textiles as well as Hazardous Area applications for Zone 1,2, 21 & 22.

At our premises in Elland, our panel shop is equipped to manufacture any size and scope of panels required. Our design and manufacture comply to:

We use all major manufacturers of PLC and HMI’s – Allen Bradley, Siemens and Omron to name a few  and offer a complete package of control system design, software writing and full site commissioning. 

As well as new systems, we regularly carry out retrofits on site, upgrading obsolete equipment such as PLC's and variable speed drives (both AC and DC). Allen Bradley SLC500 to Control/Compact Logix PLC and Siemens S5 to S7 PLC conversions are very common and we have the necessary equipment, software and experience to carry this out efficiently. 

Alongside our control panel dept, we offer a complete range of electrical engineering and electrical installation solutions.

Our installation team offer the following services:

• Electrical installation of control panels 
• Machine wiring 
• General factory wiring – lighting, offices, etc 
• Periodic fixed wiring testing and certificates 
• Compex approved installations for Hazardous ATEX areas 
• All our installation staff are qualified to the 18th Edition of the IET wiring regulations.
