Michael Lowe

Michael Lowe has been in the workforce for over 40 years. Michael began their career in 1978 as Vice President of Operations for Nashoba Valley Structural Co., where they managed up to 25 projects with contracts ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000. Michael's duties included creating a schedule of values for progressive invoicing, identifying long lead items, requisitioning subcontract labor, scheduling work and manpower, managing all shop and field personnel, maintaining schedules within budget restraints, troubleshooting problems, negotiating change orders, approving invoices, verifying lien waiver compliance, and negotiating contracts for the purchasing of raw materials, shop supplies, finished products, rental equipment, and subcontract labor. In 2005, they transitioned to Regional Sales Manager for Controlled Automation, Inc., where they visited hundreds of fabrication facilities throughout North America, connecting with old friends and new clients. Michael's focus was on increasing throughput while lowering labor costs through advanced automation, improved shop layout, and enhanced material handling.
