Joann Harmon

JoAnn Harmon has a range of work experience in the HR field. JoAnn is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Controlled Contamination Services, where they are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leadership and employees. JoAnn works closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices. JoAnn'sprevious role was as a People Operations Analyst at The RealReal, where they provided support for HR functions, analyzed trends, and served as a team lead. Prior to that, they worked at TD as a Specialized HR Analyst, where they provided guidance on workplace disputes, oversaw ADA accommodation requests, and assisted with project management. JoAnn also held roles as an HR Coordinator and Tax Preparer Supervisor at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and as a Benefits Specialist at NEMR Total HR.

JoAnn Harmon obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University. JoAnn attended this university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations/Image Management at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, JoAnn Harmon also earned a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in August 2022.
