Lynda Roca

Lynda Roca, CPA, is the founder of Controller Concierge, where they provide strategic financial guidance, tax planning, and cash flow management for small to medium businesses. They are a network member at GLG, helping clients solve accounting and advisory challenges in the firm space. Previously, they built and led accounting functions and internal controls as Director of Accounting at Eagle Creek Renewable Energy LLC, where they managed $200M in cash flow and oversaw the implementation of internal finance policies across multiple facilities. Earlier in their career, they served as Accounting Controller at Sue Adler Team, Keller Williams Realty (2022–2024), and founded LivYoga, one of the first large yoga studios in NJ, where they managed full-cycle accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting.
