Spencer Hawk

Spencer Hawk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, Spencer worked as a Product Support Specialist at ControlMap, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, Spencer was a Product Specialist at Nextpoint from October 2019 to May 2022, providing technical support and billable legal services. Spencer also worked as a Technical Support Representative at Myzone® from August 2018 to October 2019, addressing hardware and software issues for wearable heart rate monitors. Before that, Spencer served as a Member Quality Specialist at Livongo from January 2018 to August 2018, investigating medical device issues and ensuring FDA compliance. Spencer's earlier experiences include working as a Proofreader at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. from October 2015 to January 2018, formatting and proofreading resumes, and as a Box Office Cashier and Soundboard Operator at The Crowd Theater from October 2016 to October 2017, handling cashier duties and operating soundboard and lights for comedy and art shows. Spencer also gained early experience as a Production Intern at CollegeHumor in 2014, assisting with production tasks for videos and advertisements.

Spencer Hawk completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Iowa from 2011 to 2015. Afterward, in 2017 and 2018, they attended Northwestern University and obtained a Coding Bootcamp Certification in Full Stack Web Development.
