Phil Drouet

Phil Drouet is an experienced professional in customer success and service management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at ControlPlane since April 2025. Prior to this role, Phil held various leadership positions, including Director of Professional Services at Aqua Security from March 2021 to April 2025, and Head of Channel at ECS Digital from July 2017 to March 2021. Phil's past experience includes serving as Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Puppet and as Regional Services Manager for the UK and Ireland at Red Hat, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring optimal use of Open Source solutions. Additionally, Phil worked as ITAM Consulting Manager for EMEA at HP Software, overseeing Service Management and IT Asset Management projects, and began a career in consulting with roles at Peregrine Systems, Exact Software, and Intuit.
