Wade Johannsen

Wade Johannsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wade started their career as an A/District CVSE Manager/Project Manager/Commercial Transport Advisor for the Province of British Columbia from January 2003 to December 2011. During their tenure, they achieved various accomplishments and was responsible for optimizing operations and procedures, improving efficiency, and reducing wait times. Wade also implemented an online application system and managed a team of two full-time advisors.

From January 2012 to June 2013, Wade worked as an HSE Manager at B & C Trucking Inc. where they established the company's safety profile, ensured compliance with regulations, and managed accounts such as ISN, comply works, and PICs. Wade also monitored employees' compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Wade Johannsen has a diverse education history. Wade attended Northern Lights College from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a degree in Industrial Instrumentation Mechanics. Following that, from 2004 to 2006, they enrolled at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, where they pursued Law Enforcement Studies (LESD), specializing in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Victoria, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Wade Johannsen has also obtained several certifications. Wade completed a course called "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" offered by LinkedIn in August 2020. In March 2014, they became a Certified Designated Employer Representative through the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association.
