Ben Friedman

Ben Friedman is a skilled technical writer with extensive experience in documentation and development coordination. Currently employed at ControlUp since April 2023, Ben has previously held technical writing positions at Informatica, where responsibilities included authoring various technical guides and managing documentation releases. Prior roles as Development Coordinator at both the Shalom Hartman Institute and The Jerusalem Foundation involved crafting grant proposals, project reports, and social media content, along with donor relations. Additional experience includes project management at Connections Israel, where fundraising campaigns and educational programs for donors were implemented. Ben holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, along with Bachelor's degrees from Pace University and Tel Aviv University.
