Benjamin Gottfried

Benjamin Gottfried is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in account and partner management. Currently employed at ControlUp since October 2021, Benjamin previously held the same title at AGAT Software from November 2019 to October 2021, where expertise in security and compliance solutions for Unified Communication and Collaboration services was developed. Prior experience includes a role in community relations and education at Ohr Somayach and a Human Resources internship at the Antwerp World Diamond Centre. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Jerusalem College of Technology and has pursued additional education in product leadership.
