Eugene Kalayev

Eugene Kalayev possesses extensive experience in product management and IT consulting, currently serving in Product Research at ControlUp since July 2010, where responsibilities include guiding management towards informed decisions and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. As VP of Product Management at ControlUp, Eugene formulates the product vision and translates it into actionable features through continuous feedback loops. Additionally, Eugene has worked as a Product Consultant at Rapydo, focusing on database performance, and previously held roles as an IT Consultant at Smart-X Professional Services Ltd and Senior IT Trainer at Ness Technologies, among others. Eugene holds a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
