James Downey has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Enterprise Sales & MSP for ControlUp since May 2025. Previously, James held positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a UK&I Enterprise Group Account Manager and progressed through various roles at Aruba, Citrix, and other organizations, including Senior Territory Manager and Interim Head of Mid-Market. Throughout James' career, a focus on supporting client success and driving productivity has been evident, notably during a period of significant growth at Citrix where the UK team saw considerable expansion. James holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science from Northumbria University.
